Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

  1. We accept online orders through the following modes of payment: Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks in India.

  2. Please note that for Visa and MasterCard, you will need to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date, and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when making an online transaction using your Credit Card.

  3. You must also enroll your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards, you will need to provide your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.

  4. The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Enviskyn.

  5. If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, please reach out to our customer care team with the following information:

    • Transaction Reference Number
    • Amount debited with registered Email ID
    • Date & Time of Transaction

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of checkout and will be visible before making payments.

  2. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details. We generally dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days.

  3. The estimated delivery time may vary by state. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Product delivery may be delayed due to logistics issues.

  4. During Mega Sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to high volumes. We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of Order.

  5. Split shipments are normal and may occur if different parts of your order are shipped from different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge (if applicable) on the first package you receive.


DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all products, subject to availability, promotions, and offers.

  2. We take extensive precautions to ensure the safety of the products during packaging. Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap, with fragile items like bottles secured with additional protection.

  3. If the shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.

  4. Orders placed after Saturday evening or on Sunday will be dispatched within 48-72 hours.

  5. If an order shows as delivered but has not been received, please inform customer service within 24 hours of the delivery notification. We will investigate with our courier partners within 48-72 hours.

  6. Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of order delivery. Please do not accept a damaged or tampered shipment.

  7. If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. We will reimburse courier charges via bank transfer or as Enviskyn points.

  8. We are not responsible for damages after delivery and do not take responsibility for misplacement of products post-delivery.

  9. We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country as warranted.

  10. Products with an expiration date of less than 3 months are eligible for a return, and a full refund will be provided. Products with expiration dates beyond 3 months are not eligible for returns.

  11. Cashback is only available on the paid amount and is not applicable for payments made via Wallet, Buy One Get One, or other promotional offers.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

  2. Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

  3. Loyalty points redeemed for an order will be credited back in case of a cancellation.

  4. Refunds will be initiated once the product is returned and verified.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Enviskyn products are non-returnable due to their hygiene, health, and personal care nature.

  2. For refunds or replacements, email us with images of the product, invoice, inner & outer packaging, and batch number within 24 hours of delivery. We will respond within 48-72 hours.

  3. Please take pictures of the damaged or tampered product.

  4. Allow 10 to 15 days for processing your request after you return the product.

  5. You are eligible for a full refund or exchange in the following cases:

    • Missing accessories
    • Damaged or broken items
    • Wrong product delivery
    • Expired product delivery
  6. If you receive the wrong product, keep it safe and undamaged in its original packaging with the invoice for a successful return.

  7. Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The product is damaged.
    • It lacks an invoice.
    • The batch number and price are tampered with.
    • It lacks original packaging.
  8. Do not use the product you are raising a complaint about.

  9. Claims for pilfered deliveries must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  10. No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Insufficient information or images provided
  • Damages due to improper use, wrong application, or neglect
  • Festive Gift Boxes or products returned due to allergic reactions.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY Refunds are processed through bank transfers, with no cash refunds. It takes 5 to 7 business days to initiate online refunds and 3 to 5 business days for NEFT transfers. Prepaid order amounts will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.


NOTE TO CUSTOMERS FAIR USAGE POLICY We maintain a fair usage policy to prevent abuse of our liberal return/exchange policies. Accounts returning excessive items or refusing shipments unfairly may be assessed, and action will be taken at the discretion of our support team.

IMPAIRMENT & DAMAGES For any damaged or incomplete deliveries, contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos of the issue and the invoice.

CHANGE OF PACKAGING We are moving towards eco-friendly packaging, and products may arrive without outer boxes. This change will not affect product quality or authenticity.

SUSPENDING PROMOTIONS We reserve the right to cancel any ongoing or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts, or giveaways without liability.
