How can I find out if my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS including the order number and the estimated delivery time will be given to you as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders above a specific value, which is shared from time to time. We also provide free Cash-On-Delivery to a few of places.Please checkout the shipping costs displayed at checkout are the final ones.
Does your company provide Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Yes, for all of our orders, we do provide cash on delivery.

What is the estimated time of delivery for the order?
After your order is placed, it is shipped out within two business days (usually the same day), and it will deliver within four to five business days. Please be aware that our usual delivery times are only estimates and could change due to outside variables including unpredictable weather, remote areas, and natural disasters.
Is it possible for the shipping address and billing address to differ?
Of course,different shipping and billing addresses are possible.
Do you offer shipping outside of India?
No. Right now, we only ship within India.

What is the code of Enviskyn?
We believe in a set of principles known as The
Enviskyn Code, which guides us to make of our every products. All Enviskyn products are lovingly crafted with care, FDA-approved and free from harmful ingredients like mineral oils, sulfates, and parabens that are frequently found on beauty product labels. We are also PETA-certified, meaning all our products are vegan and cruelty-free, with no harm to animals during production or testing.
Additionally, Enviskyn is pleased to be "Plastic-Positive" since it proves its environmental commitment by recycling greater quantities of plastic than it uses for packaging.

Our skin health imbalance is frequently caused by the common Toxic 20 chemicals. Our bodies have the ability to reset and recover to their natural, healthy state when we completely eliminate them from our products (also known as a "clean break").

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
No, we choose our ingredients very carefully and never use any dangerous chemicals, such as parabens and sulfates (both SLS and SLES). Further details regarding our rules and regulations The Enviskyn Code, here.
NOTE : Observe carefully, while purchasing sulfate-free products. Sulfates include both SLS and SLES, although some products give you the half-truth and declare that they do not contain SLS.
How long we can safely use the products?
We suggest you to verify the Period After Opening (PAO) specified on our packaging or use the product before the best before date, whichever comes first.
Is there any fragrance in Enviskyn products?
Yes, some of our products contain fragrance, and clearly define that the ingredients list that includes "Parfum" or "Perfume." Products with the label of "Artificial Fragrance" contain skin-beneficial essential oils, while those with the label "Fragrance-free" signify that the products are free of any fragrances or perfumes.
Animal Testing
Are animals used in your product testing?
No, since the beginning of our brand, we have been constantly opposed to animal testing. We take pride in being vegan and cruelty-free, as verified by PETA.
